The three-tower Jewel development is Australia’s largest beach front mixed use development. B&B worked in conjunction with the Multiplex Group to deliver the development including a three-level podium, five start hotel and approximately 510 premium residences.

The 37-storey Mary Street tower features Brisbane’s newest 5-star international hotel, The Westin, with separate facilities for residents and guests including a roof top recreation deck with pool. The four podium levels host a resort-style pool with swim up bar, gymnasium, day spa, function space and restaurant.
